PLACEMENTS

The Indian Institute of Technology Indore placements are considered to be among the best placements in all other IITs. Top multinational companies and corporate houses are invited for the placements of the students. The activity is conducted for the final year students of all the disciplines of the institution.

Every year a good number of companies come for the placements to recruit some of the top and bright students for their available openings. The number of companies visiting the institution in 2018 constituted to be 51 with the successful placement of 88 students out of the 89 participating students. The average salary of Rs 16 LPA was picked up by the students. The success was with the help and support of the IIT Indore placement cell. It is the role and responsibility of the placement cell to organize and manage the placement activities. The placement cell also looks after the preparation of the students for the selection stages and helps them to confidently face all the levels of selection.
