Chemistry is a sub discipline of science that deals with the study of matter and the substances that constitute it. It also deals with the properties of these substances and the reactions undergone by them to form new substances. Chemistry primarily focuses on atoms, ions, and molecules which, in turn, make up elements and compounds. These chemical species tend to interact with each other through chemical bonds. It is important to note that the interactions between matter and energy are also studied in the field of chemistry.

In class XI, students will understand the details of the topics whose basics they have already learnt in previous classes. It’s a new phase where you all will actually get into the real life practical uses and experiments of various phenomena related to chemistry. Students who aspire to become a doctor or an engineer in the future must take Class 11 chemistry seriously. The syllabus of CBSE Class 11 Chemistry is included in various popular competitive medical and engineering entrance examinations.

The study of chemistry spans the range from qualitative in focus to quantitative. Chemicals are everywhere and are everything. Anything you can touch or smell or see contains one or more chemicals.  It’s an experimental subject. Students have to observe things in order to understand the chemistry behind it. The key to score good in chemistry is your observations and understanding.

Why Dedicated Classes?

Dedicated Classes aims to change the way a student learns by personalized guidance and mentoring.

Chemistry is one of the most interesting branches of Science and it is given a lot of importance in JEE (Mains & Advance). IIT JEE Chemistry is the most important subject in the exam which is the easiest than the other two. Candidates should not avoid or neglect the subject as it is the infallible way to score good marks and securing a seat in the coveted Engineering colleges.

Additionally, the questions asked in the JEE exams are also usually from moderate to difficult levels.

However, students can easily master Chemistry and solve problems easily. Dedicated Classes is the one stop solution for this problem. We have a strong team of experienced faculties having unique teaching techniques; especially concept based teaching techniques, which are easily understandable for a student. Our faculties are highly qualified and experienced and are trained in a manner that makes them favourite among students. Next, the study material of Dedicated Classes is designed very systematically by subject experts in a way that students need not to refer to any other material. Our study material covers all the topics including NCERT and relating JEE (Mains & Advance) topics.

What do I do if I have questions about an assignment?
Online learning takes place in a virtual classroom, but the skills used to succeed in it are very similar to those needed for an on-campus class. Questions about assignments or any part of the class should be directed to the faculty or teaching assistant by phone. Extra classes are arranged especially for doubt sessions.
How much time will I spend in my virtual classroom?
You should plan to spend at least 5-6 hours in your virtual classroom.

How do I get homework assignments, tests, etc.?
Homework, tests, paper assignments, and more will be clearly communicated on the class website as well as directly by the professor.
Is class 11th syllabus important for JEE?
ES! Class 11th syllabus serves like a solid-base in JEE Main. The ratio of chapters from class 11 and 12 is almost equal.
Is chemistry compulsory for JEE?
At present, a combination of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics is must for engineering streams. While most engineering colleges take admission on the basis of JEE (Main) conducted by the National Testing Agency, some states have their own admission process for engineering colleges.
What is the difficulty level of chemistry in JEE Mains?
You won't find chemistry difficult at all in JEE mains and Advanced if you are clear with your concepts thoroughly.
Is NCERT enough for JEE?
In JEE Mains, the chemistry section is easy and most scoring. Questions are direct. Candidates can prepare well using the NCERT books and most of the time it is enough for JEE preparation.
