NIT Meghalaya is presently functioning from a temporary campus at the Bijni Complex in Laitumkhrah, Shillong, of the North-Eastern Hill University. The campus of the institute is stretched over 300 acres of land and located at a beautiful location. The institute believes in imparting quality education in the fields of Science and Technology at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. It aims at engaging in the creation of development and knowledge of technologies via effective research programs.
